Personalized Embroidery

Create that special touch by adding personalized embroidery to your order! Embroidery can include name or custom saying in a variety of font and thread options. Please type embroidery exactly how you would like displayed, for example: Miles, miles, MILES.

Each item is custom and made to order so slight variations may occur. Lettering size may vary slightly depending on shirt size, font chosen, and length of personalization. If you have a specific request in mind, or would like to see a proof prior to ordering, please message us at info@pinekidsco.com

Due to the nature of custom embroidery, refunds and returns are not accepted.

Font Considerations:

Simply Font- Capital A and C appear similar

Coastal - lowercase t is the same as capital T

Wash with like fabrics to prevent snagging
Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat
Avoid ironing directly on any embroidery
Avoid bleach

Non-custom orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Custom embroidery pieces are processed within 5-15 business days
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number if applicable.

Returns

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returned on any personalized items.
Returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Store credit will be issued to the email associated with the order and does not expire.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
