I have to reach out to say . I had an issue when I washed my newborns outfit before bringing to the hospital . Could have been user error , none the less I reached out to customer service and they were prompt , polite, and fixed the issue without hassle . Such a relief, will be back to shop again . This set is so soft! I love that this fabric is safe and clean for my little one. You can tell there was so much thought going into the design and that it will be durable through all the rough play. Will definitely be purchasing again and if there was a set in my size I would have every color!
We ordered the romper, booties and hat to match! All three pieces were soft, no snags in the material, and perfect color. Loved being able to customize the romper with our babies name for going home outfit and newborn pictures. Would definitely buy again

I sized down like the description said and I’m glad I did! It definitely has that oversized slouchy look, it’s cotton so I’m expecting a little shrinking with washes. Well made feels high quality made!
